44. Contents of auditor’s report
(1)The external auditor shall state whether the annual financial statements of the market intermediary have been audited in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing, in his report.(2)The external auditor shall state his opinion on the matters that he is required to determine under regulation 43(2).
