27. Conduct of business

The Capital Markets (Conduct of Business) (Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2021 (L.N. 145/2011) shall apply to the conduct of the business of credit rating agencies in so far as—

(a)the Regulations are consistent with these Regulations; and

(b)the Regulations are applicable to the business of credit rating agencies.
