34. Transitions and savings
(1)A credit rating agency that had been approved or recognised by the Authority before the coming into operation of these Regulations shall be deemed to have been approved or recognised in accordance with these Regulations.(2)A credit rating agency that had been approved or recognised by the Authority before the coming into operation of these Regulations shall, within six months after the coming into operation of these Regulations, comply fully with these Regulations.
