8. Grant of approval or certificate of recognition
(1)The Authority, on being satisfied that an applicant meets all the requirements for approval or recognition, shall grant approval or a certificate of recognition to carry on business in Kenya as a credit rating agency.(2)The approval or certificate granted under subregulation (1) shall be valid unless it is suspended or cancelled by the Authority.
