62. Continuing obligations

A derivatives broker shall, as a condition of continued admission as a derivatives broker, provide to the Authority through the derivatives exchange a certified copy of—

(a)the net capital balance;

(b)net worth statements; and

(c)a report of the auditor;

in a form that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time, on a quarterly basis within thirty days of the end of the quarter.
