4. Licensing requirement
(1)A person shall not establish, maintain or operate an investment based crowdfunding platform unless that person is duly licenced as a crowdfunding platform operator by the Authority.(2)A person who contravenes sub regulation (1) commits an offence and is liable to the penalty prescribed in section 34A of the Act.
