51. Payment of licence fees.
(1)The prescribed annual license fees are payable in full for the year during which the license is initially issued and shall not be prorated for validity periods less than twelve months.(2)No portion of annual license fees already paid shall be refundable in the event the license is revoked, withdrawn, surrendered or otherwise terminated.
