54. Payment of transations.
(1)A broker dealer, stockbroker or dealer shall pay to the Authority and to the securities exchange of which they are trading participants the fees prescribed as payable by every buyer and seller of a security.(2)A broker dealer, stockbroker or dealer shall pay to the investor compensation fund the fees prescribed as payable by each buying and selling broker dealer stockbroker, or dealer within fifteen days following a transaction.(3)The fees payable in subregulations (1) and (2) shall be as set out in the Sixth Schedule.
