58. Transitional provisions.
(1)All licenses approved and issued by the Authority on the date these Regulations to come effect shall continue to be in force until revoked:Provided that where these Regulations impose additional requirements the licensed persons shall meet the new requirements stated in these regulations, where applicable, within twelve months from the date of commencement of these regulations.(2)A person operating an over-the-counter platform or intermediary service platform shall make an application to the Authority within one year from the date of coming into effect of these regulations.
