37. Retirement of a custodian
(1)A custodian shall not retire voluntarily except upon the appointment of a successor approved by the Authority.(2)Where a custodian desires to retire or ceases to be registered as a custodian with the Authority, the investment adviser or the fund manager as the case may be may with the approval of the Authority appoint another eligible person to be a custodian in its place.
