53C. Branch or new place of business
(1)A licensed person shall not open a branch or a new place of business in Kenya, or change the location of a branch or existing place of business, without the approval of the Authority.(2)A licensed person shall not close any of its place of business in Kenya without first giving the Authority a three months’ written notice of its intention to do so or such shorter period of notice as the Authority may allow.
