74. Payment of claims
(1)Where payment has been made out of the Compensation Fund on behalf of a licensed person, such licensed person shall be liable to the Compensation Fund for an amount equal to the payment made out of the Fund.(2)In the event of liquidation of a licensed person, the liquidator shall pay the Compensation Fund any money paid by the Fund to investors on behalf of the insolvent person under these Regulations to the extent of such payment.
