27. Omission of certain information
The Authority may, upon application by the issuer, authorize the omission from an information memorandum of information whose inclusion would otherwise be required by these Regulations if the Authority considers that the disclosure of that information would be prejudicial to the interest of the offeror, but its omission does not prejudice the interest of investors.Source: Kenya Law
