50. Liquidation of special purpose acquisition companies

The Authority shall order the delisting of the issuer’s securities on or about the date on which the liquidation distribution is completed where the issuer fails to—

(a)complete a business combination within the permitted time frame; or

(b)obtain specific shareholders’ approvals.
