(1)This Part sets out the requirements that apply to a listed company that intends to undertake a share buyback.(2)A listed company that intends to buy back its shares shall comply in full with the provisions of the Companies Act (Cap. 486), Capital Markets Act (Cap. 485A) and these Regulations.
