132. Application of The Capital Markets (Securities) (Public Offers, Listing and Disclosures) Regulations, 2002
(1)The provisions of the Capital Markets (Securities) (Public Offers, Listing and Disclosures) Regulations, 2002 ("the Public Offers Regulations") shall apply to offers, listing and disclosure in relation to REIT securities with such modifications as shall be necessary.(2)Real estate investment trust schemes shall constitute the real estate investment trust segment of the official list and shall comply with the eligibility and disclosure requirements prescribed by the Authority for that market segment.(3)Where there is a conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the Public Offers Regulations, these Regulations shall prevail.
