16. Application for authorization
(1)A promoter and the trustee shall submit a joint application in Form I prescribed in the Second Schedule, to the Authority for the authorization of a real estate investment trust scheme.(2)An application made under paragraph (1) shall—(a)Deleted by L.N. 159/2023, r. 2;(b)be offered in a minimum subscription or offer parcels as may be determined by the issuer subject to a minimum subscription of one hundred thousand shillings.
