50. Register of REIT securities holders
(1)The trustee shall prepare and maintain a register of REIT securities holders of the scheme in a manner approved by the Authority.(2)The trustee may, with the prior written approval of the Authority, appoint another person to prepare and maintain the register on behalf of the trustee.(3)The register shall be conclusive evidence as to the persons entitled to the REIT securities, registered in their name.
