53. Notification of contraventions
The trustee shall, in addition to preparing any periodic reports required under the Act, these Regulations or any listing rule, notify the Authority, in writing—(a)immediately upon becoming aware of any matter or failure, act or omission by the REIT manager or any other party involved in a real estate investment trust scheme, which constitutes a breach of any of the provisions of the Act, these Regulations or the scheme documents; and(b)of any steps taken by the trustee or which the trustee proposes to take to rectify the breach as soon as is reasonably practicable.
