60. Trustee requests to a REIT manager
A REIT manager shall—(a)at the request of the trustee, supply to the trustee such information concerning the administration of the fund and of the real estate investment trust and the scheme as the trustee may reasonably require;(b)comply with any lawful directions issued by the trustee for the purposes of satisfying requirements of paragraph (a);(c)prepare and make available on a timely basis, any additional information as may be required from time to time by the Authority, auditor, property manager, project manager certifier or the trustee;(d)grant to the trustee and any auditor access to the books of accounts and records of the REIT manager, the trust, the scheme or the fund; and(e)submit to the trustee on a timely basis, such information as may be necessary to ensure that the continuing disclosure obligations under these Regulations are complied with.
