64. Investments and objectives of an I-REIT
The investments of an I-REIT scheme shall—(a)comply with the provisions of the Act and these Regulations; and(b)be relevant, appropriate and consistent with the investment objectives of the real estate investment trust and scheme as set out in the prospectus or offering memorandum and other scheme documents.
