20. Quarterly Returns
Each fund manager shall within one month after the end of each quarter (including the last quarter of the financial year), file with the Authority a return that includes the following information—(a)details of any investments made by each fund under its management during the quarter, and the consideration paid for those investments; and(b)details of any disposals of investments during the quarter, and any profit derived or loss incurred from those disposals (including details of how that profit or loss was calculated).
