14. Persons permitted to undertake short-selling

14. Persons permitted to undertake short-selling
(1)Short-selling transactions shall only be carried out by to regulated persons or any other person specified by the Authority.(2)Each regulated person who intends to engage in a short-selling transaction shall comply with these regulations, any additional requirements imposed by the Authority and any other requirements imposed by the regulated person's primary regulator.
