11. Disclosure requirements for additional issues
An issuer whose securities are listed at a securities exchange shall not issue, or authorize its registrar to issue or register, by way of capitalization, scrip dividend, rights issue or additional shares of the class listed, to a greater amount than the number hitherto authorized for listing except in accordance with the disclosure requirements for additional listing prescribed in the Fourth Schedule.Source: Kenya Law
