9. Transfer to other market segment
(1)An issuer whose shares are listed on the any market segment of a Securities Exchange shall not be eligible to transfer such securities to the other market segment before the expiry of one year from the date of listing on the first mentioned market segment.(2)A transfer of shares from or to the any market segment of a Securities Exchange shall be subject to the approval of the Authority and compliance with the eligibility and disclosure requirements prescribed under these Regulations.
