6. Offeree's obligation
(1)Upon receiving the offeror's statement in accordance with regulation 4(4) the offeree shall inform the relevant securities exchange and the Authority and make an announcement by a press notice of the proposed take-over offer within twenty four hours of receipt of the offeror's statement.(2)The press notice referred to in paragraph (1) shall be made in at least two English language dailies of national circulation and shall include all material information contained in the offeror's statement.
