15. Appeals
(1)Any determination made under these Regulations on the compensation of a whistleblower, shall be at the discretion of the Authority.(2)Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Authority relating to a reward may within thirty days from the date of such decision, appeal, to the Capital Markets Tribunal.
