27. University Fiscal Year
(1)The fiscal year of the University shall be the period of twelve months commencing on such day in each year as the Council may determine.(2)In the event of any change in the fiscal year and for the transition from the old fiscal year to the new fiscal year, consequent upon the changes, the transitional period, whether more or less than twelve months, shall be deemed, for the purposes of this Charter, to be a fiscal year.
