32A. Instruments of Governance

(1)The University shall conspicuously display all its instruments of governance.

(2)Where any instrument is revoked under this Charter, the University shall, within fourteen days of such revocation, return the original instrument of governance to the Commission subject to the provisions of this Charter.[L.N. 219 of 2023, s. 30.]
