19. Deputy Vice-Chancellors
(1)There shall be such number of Deputy Vice-Chancellors as may be appropriate, who shall be appointed in accordance with the Act and who shall be under general authority of the Vice-Chancellor and shall exercise such powers and performs such duties as may be provided for by the Statutes;(2)A Deputy Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of five years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further term.
