(1)There shall be an Alumni Association of the University which shall consist of graduates of the University and such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes;(2)An Alumni Association shall act as an interactive forum for the members specified under subsection 20(1) and perform such other functions as may be specified in the Statutes.
