7. Establishment of Colleges and Campuses within the University
(1)The Council may, on the advice of the Senate, establish Colleges and Campuses whose functions and powers shall be provided for in the Statutes.(2)A College or Campus established shall consist of such faculties, schools, institutes, departments, directorates, centres and other resource and administrative units as may be provided for by the Statutes.
