10. Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is vested with—

(a)the function of promoting the university interests, and in furtherance of this function—

(i)raise funds; and

(ii)promote its objectives.

(b)the powers to appoint members of the University Governing Council and approve their allowances and honoria.
