31. Accounts and Audit
(1)The Council is to cause all proper books and records of account of the income, expenditure and assets of the University to be kept.(2)A firm of External Auditors appointed by the University Council is to audit the accounts of the University.(3)The Council is to submit the accounts of the University to the Auditors within a period of one month from the end of every Financial Year.(4)Within a period specified by the Statutes the External Auditors are to report on the examination and audit of the accounts of the University to the University Council.
