(1)The affairs of the University are to be managed and regulated under Statutes and Regulations made.(2)Statutes may from time to time be enacted, amended or revoked by a resolution passed by two-thirds majority of all the members present and entitled to vote at a University Council meeting specifically convened for that purpose, unless the enactment, amendment of revocation is ultra vires the provisions of the Charter.
