29. Accounts and Audit

(1)The Council shall cause to be kept all proper books of accounts of the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the University.

(2)The accounts of the University shall be audited and reported upon in accordance with the Act and any other relevant laws of Kenya.

(3)The accounts of the University shall be audited by the Auditor-General and all relevant financial management regulations provided by the Ministry for the time being responsible for public finance.
