34. Revocation of Order
(1)The Tharaka University College Order of Legal Notice 146 of 4th August 2017 is revoked.(2)Notwithstanding subparagraph (1), all agreements, directions, orders, appointments, requirements, authorizations, other things given, taken or done under, and all funds, assets, and other property acquired by virtue of that Order, shall, so far as not inconsistent with this Charter, be deemed to have been given, taken, done or acquired under this Charter.(3)The Statutes or regulations made under the Order and in force immediately before the grant of this Charter shall continue in force but may be amended or revoked by the Statutes or regulations made under this Charter.
