30. Investment of Funds
(1)The University may invest any of the University funds in investments portfolios approved by the Council.(2)The Council may place or deposit with such banks or financial institutions, as it may determine, any fund not immediately required for use by the University.(3)The Council may, in consultation with the Board of Trustees, create or appoint other corporate bodies to manage its investments, pensions, provident funds, properties.
