23. University Fiscal Year
(a)The fiscal year of the University shall be the period of twelve months commencing on the 1st July and ending on 30th June in the following year.(b)In the event of any change in the fiscal year, and for the purposes of the transition from the old fiscal year to a new fiscal year consequent upon the change, the transitional period, whether more or less than twelve months, shall be deemed for the purposes of this Charter to be a fiscal year.
