(1)Objects of the UniversityTo advance education, knowledge and wisdom by research, knowledge exchange, scholarship, learning and teaching, for the benefit of individuals and society at large.(2)Powers of the UniversityThe University of Embu shall have all the powers of a natural person to do all lawful acts and things that are conducive to or incidental to the furtherance of the objects of the University.
