8. Establishment of Colleges, Campuses, Schools and Institutions
(1)The Council may, on the advice of the Senate, establish Colleges or Campuses, to offer training and courses of instruction consistent with its mission and objects whose functions and powers shall be as provided by the Statutes.(2)A College or Campus which is established under this paragraph shall consist of such faculties, schools, institutes or centres as may be provided by the Statutes.
