12. The Sponsor

The Sponsor shall—

(a)promote the objects of the University;

(b)support the University in raising funds for the development and benefit of the University;

(c)provide oversight on the management and financing of the University;

(d)appoint the Council;

(e)hold and safeguard the property of the University; and

(f)appoint the Chancellor.
