35. Statutes
(1)The affairs of the University are to be managed and regulated under Statutes and Regulations made.(2)Statutes may from time to time be enacted, amended or revoked by a resolution passed by two-thirds majority of all the members present and entitled to vote at a University Council meeting specifically convened for that purpose, unless the enactment, amendment or revocation is ultra vires the provisions of the Charter.(3)Any proposed enactment, amendment, variation or revocation of statutes shall be made in consultation with the Sponsor.
