6. Powers of the University

The University may do all things necessary or convenient to be done in connection with the performance of its functions and this includes—

(a)develop and mount academic programs subject to review by the Commission;

(b)award degrees, including undergraduate, graduate, post graduate degrees, honorary degrees and any other academic award;

(c)offer training and courses of instruction consistent with its mission and objects; and

(d)establish schools, faculties, colleges and institutes within the University.
