19. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs
(1)The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, after consultation with an appropriately established University committee and approval of the Board upon recommendation of the Chancellor, to head the academic division of the University.(2)The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs shall report to the Vice-Chancellor and shall oversee all academic programmes and academic staff.
