21. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Finance and Administration
(1)The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Finance and Administration shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, after consultation with an appropriately established University committee and approval of the Board upon recommendation of the Chancellor, to head the division of finance and administration.(2)The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Finance and Administration shall report to the Vice-Chancellor and shall be the chief financial officer of the University.
