7. The Common Seal
(1)The common seal of USIU shall be kept in such custody as the Board may direct and shall be used upon the order and direction of the Board, the Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor.(2)The common seal of USIU shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor or a nominee of the Chancellor.(3)The common seal of USIU when affixed to any document and duly authenticated as provided for under this section shall be judicially and officially noticed and, unless and until the contrary is proved, any necessary order or authorization of the Board or the Chancellor under this section shall be presumed to have been duly given.
