66. Power to correct defects in the order
(1)The Court may on its own motion amend or vary an order issued under these Rules to correct any defect in the particulars contained therein.(2)Where the Court amends or varies an order under subrule (1), it shall cause to be served a copy of the amended order upon all parties to the proceedings.
