79. Secretary to set down case for mention where guardian dies
(1)Where guardianship is terminated because of the death of the appointed guardian, the Secretary shall immediately set down the case for directions before the Court.(2)On the date set for directions under subrule (1), the Court shall make such orders as it thinks appropriate in respect of the custody and care of, or parental responsibility over the child.
