13. Carriage of passengers or cargo
(1)A holder of an Aerial Work Operation Authorizations shall not carry passengers or cargo for remuneration or hire unless the holder is certificated as per the Civil Aviation (Air Operator Certification and Administration) Regulations.(2)When carrying passengers, a holder of an Aerial Work Operation Authorizations shall ensure they there are procedures in the operations manual in regards to carriage of passengers.
